Development strategy and plans

The Telekom Slovenije Group responds to changes and challenges in the business environment by constantly verifying whether strategic objectives and guidelines are being implemented successfully, and by adapting those objectives and guidelines when deemed necessary. Thus, the Management Board drafted the Telekom Slovenije Group’s updated strategic plan for the period 2012 to 2016 during the first half of 2012. The revised plan maintains the basic strategic direction of operations, while placing greater emphasis on growth in revenues from new services that bring increased added value for users while facilitating their mobility.

Highlights in 2012
